Terms of Service

§1 - No return or refund

No returns or refunds are possible for scripts or other purchased products. All purchases are binding and final.

§1.2 - Unauthorized use and modifications

Any modification, adaptation, reproduction, or unauthorized use of our products or the concepts and ideas contained therein is strictly prohibited.

§1.3 - Prohibited analysis techniques

Decompiling, reverse engineering, or creating dumps of our software is strictly prohibited. This includes any attempt to decipher the source code or functionality of our products.

§1.4 - No distribution or resale

The transfer, distribution, or resale of our products is prohibited.

§1.5 - Misuse and unauthorized modifications

Misuse of the software, especially to circumvent protection mechanisms or to modify products without authorization, is prohibited.

§2 - License terms

By purchasing a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for its intended purpose. No ownership of the product is transferred.

Transferring the license to third parties is generally not permitted. In exceptional cases, a license transfer may be approved upon written request and subject to a processing fee. Such approval is at the sole discretion of LB-Customs GmbH.

§3 - Disclaimer

We assume no liability for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This applies in particular to loss of data, business interruptions, or indirect damages.

§4 - Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any material changes.

§5 - Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is Wiesloch, Germany.

§6 - Availability of the service

We strive to ensure high availability of our panel and our products. However, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

§7 - Obligations of users

Users are obligated to keep their access data secure and not to undertake any security-critical actions that could endanger the integrity of the platform.
