How do I download my products?
Navigate to *My Licenses* in the Webpanel, select the desired product, and click 'Download'. The latest version will be downloaded immediately.
Where can I find my license key?
Each script displays the unique license key in the dashboard. Use the 'Copy' function for easy integration.
On how many servers can I use a product?
Each product allows activation on a maximum of one server (the IP of the server can be changed at any time).
How do I get technical support?
24/7 priority support is available via our Discord server. Average response time: under 2 hours for all our customers.
Do I receive automatic updates?
Yes, your dashboard will notify you of new versions. The automatic update feature is available exclusively for our products.
Can I transfer my product?
Product transfers are available for a fee. Contact our store team for details.
